Fill out the custom order inquiry form below. You'll receive a response within 2 business days.
Step 2
Invoice & shipping date
Once we have finalized your order request, you will receive an invoice. An order completion date and shipping date are included on your invoice.
Please note: Finalizing your order may involve a phone call as we have learned that a call can clear any confusion and clarify your order request to ensure we are on the same page.
Step 3
We'll make it & send it!
Once your invoice is paid, your order will be placed in our order queue to be handcrafted. You'll be notified when it's shipped.

CUSTOM ORDER FAQ
How long does it take to make a custom item?
It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for a custom-made tumbler and 4-6 weeks for custom wedding shoes.
Do you accept returns?
Custom orders vary in price based on design complexity, products, quantity, etc.
Once you have filled out the inquiry form and we have discussed your order, you will receive an estimate for your custom order.
If you would like to move forward, you will be sent an invoice to be paid in full.
Partial payments are not allowed for custom orders.
There is a $35 design and setup fee added to all orders.

How long does it take to ship my items?
Your estimate will include the processing time and when it is expected to be picked up or shipping, We use USPS Priority Mail with tracking, and insurance..
How do I take care of my custom items?
To maintain the bling of your items, wipe them with a damp cloth. Do not place the tumblers in the microwave or dishwasher or soak them in water.
Do you accept returns?
At this time, we do not accept returns due to customization and personalization; however, we will ensure 100% satisfaction with your product!😍
